Refund, Cancellation & Inventory Policy

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation or service date.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee and will be required to pay a deposit to rebook.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking date and compensate for time reserved on our calendar.

For project-based services (interior design, event consulting, full staging), refunds on payments beyond the deposit are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Elevated Spaces Consulting LLC.

If Elevated Spaces Consulting cancels a scheduled service, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Inventory rental agreements must be signed prior to delivery. Rental periods are defined in the agreement; extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.

The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, loss, or theft of inventory items will be billed to the client at full replacement value.

Inventory must be kept in the condition in which it was delivered. Items must not be moved to a different property without prior written consent from Elevated Spaces Consulting LLC.

A security deposit may be required for large inventory orders. This deposit will be returned within 7 business days of pickup, less any deductions for damage or loss.
